Siemens type BLH circuit breakers

I ran across something I had not seen before in a service panel on a barrier installation this past week while in Chicago. The breakers were all a type BLH Siemens circuit breakers. I had never seen this type previously (type BLH have a bracket that screws down to the the bus rather than clipping on). I did a search online earlier today, and it looks like you can purchase new and used ones. Does Siemens still make these type, or are the new ones just surplus?
I did not have to deal with finding any type BLHs for the project, since I was adding a subpanel below the existing service panel.

In the beginning there was Breaktime...
I don't know.
The only ones that I have seen where backfeed breakers. Those are breakers that are used as main breakers, but mount on the bus like other breakers.. And in those cases all the breakers are standard, but the screws how a bracket to lock the breakers in place.
But I believe that some larger panels and one designed for more industrial use use bolt on breakers.
I found some pictures on ebay that showed them. I see that they are bolt on breakers.
And I found this.

Look on page 47.
You will have to go through Siemens's website to see if they are still made.
