Almost nobody talked about my question SIPS VS Stickframe & foam. The costs seem very close. How is plumbing and wiring so easy? Are there tubes molded in? What about field changes?

Wire chases are molded right in according to your blueprints. I didn't have any molded in because it was so easy to run them where I wanted in the field. (the trick is many long extensions) a cheap spade bit stays sharp in foam forever and you won't believe how easy it is to drill right thru a foam panel the long way..
Here in cold weather we don't put plumbing in outside walls, Too easy to freeze and too hard to repair (evan in stick built houses) Instead plumbing comes up from the floor and down into the floor. Much easier to plumb and you don't need to tear out sheetrock and such when a leak is discovered..
Interior walls are stick built so if the plumbing is on an inside wall there really is no differance..
