Is this an existing roof or one that is now being constructed? Whatever the case the curb should be high at least 6 inches, then the copper flashing needs to be soldered down to the copper panels. In the past I have installed these in new roofs and have made the panels so there is a large open pan around the top of the skylight to keep the ribs away from the skylight. If the pitch is not too great(4/12 or so) I have also soldered on a water diverter( a v shaped flange) to help keep the water from building up around the light. Good luck keep the joints tight and the solder flowing.
