slab or "T" foundation

I am looking at building a garage, if I keep the square footage under 530 I can go with a slab on grade. Does anyone have a ball park cost difference between a slab on grade and a regular foundation that will be 4ft below frost line. The site for the garage is quite flat so there would not be much excavation needed for the slab. Would it be 30%,40%…more for a full foundation?
