Gotta put in some ‘slate’ steps from deck, down steep, loose gravel path to beach bulkhead. Drops about 8 feet over 30′ ish run. (X2) Thought about digging out steps and setting concrete, with 6×6 PT ‘riser’ at nose of each, then going back and covering all with material. Or just using 1″1/4- gravel, compact, then screed over with sand, then setting material. Anyone have any better ideas or suggestions?  Thanks!
