I have a year old 10×20 concrete patio with a very smooth hand troweled finish and a water based sealer(Thomsons)applied. It is extremely slippery when wet, even before the application of the sealer.I would like any suggestions for a non-slip finish that is easy to apply and long lasting.I’ve heard about sand-paints,epoxies and top-n-bond products and I’m leaning toward the topping, only because I don’t think the two former products can match its strength or longevity,or can they?I also need some advice on surface prep;muriatic acid, conrete etch, pressure washing(would have to rent) or a combination of the three?Would the etch or acid alone give me a no-slip surface?Which topping brand would be recommended?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.Ron.

*There are sealers to which you can add something like silica, for traction. Don't know the trade names, but know it was done here for just that purpose. Sorry it's not a complete answer, but at least you know there's something out there that's easy to apply--it just rolls on.
*Just checked with my contractor. To a clear, non-yellowing concrete sealer they add a product generically known as an acrylic silica sand. You won't see it in on the finished surface be/c it's clear (guess that's the silica part). It's available at most any paint store (Sherwin-Williams, etc.) under cutesy names like Tiger's Tongue or Shark Skin, so I've been told.
*"No-Slip" additive.
