I am just about to order some soapstone slabs for my counter tops. Anybody have any pictures to convince my wife to take the plunge? I am going to order Santa Rita stone from M. Teixeira. Andy, don’t you have the same stone? Got any pics?

Mike,
I have ordered Soapstone samples from several suppliers. I was unhappy with all of them due to how easily the scratched, except for the "Cobra" Soapstone from the Supplier you are using. The Cobra is a low talc soapstone from India that is harder than the real soft stuff from Brazil. I would recommend you get samples and test them out.
