I think HD sells one like that, your lumber yard should be able to get one too. I know HD sells one though, since a friend added a second floor and across the front he has the bi directional vents except the last one, he used one that he bought at HD. Would look fine if all the vents were the same but with one odd ball, it looks terrible.
Menards also has it going in one direction
