How do you solicit bids for a building project, eg. framers, plumbers, electricians etc.?

I do the framing or call a buddy to bid it...then I call my plumber and electrician. Sometimes I even show them a set of prints.

You make it too easy. Make it any easier and you might as well do all the work.
