Replaced cast-iron sink with SS Elkay and client is not happy, or used to, the noise factor. Any thoughts on making it quieter? I was thinking of sticking some peel and stick (Grace) wherever I could as that may help.

Sink is already installed. I recall, from back in the day, that stuff was real messy, and what is the set up time?
I would almost rather uninstall it and re-install than to work with most of this stuff upside down and over head.Other thoughts are tube caulk geocell or silicone.
or spray foam from a can

I actually did that once. Customer insisted on a HD SS sink and I tried to tell her that the noise was gonna be a problem. A week after the installation, I pulled it and painted on some bedliner. - lol

My S10 truck hood was vibrating, sprayed a can of 'great stuff' all over it, damped out the noise pretty good.
Auto body supply should have these or something similar, use something like a laminate roller to install

I had most of a gallon (the only size I could buy) of sealant left over from when I installed my dust collector. Used it to apply several coats along with some fiberglass cloth and mat left over from some other projects. DW was very pleased.
