Listeners write in about haunted pipes and building-science tomes, and they ask questions about roof venting and roof leaks.

Also Hafele, and there are others. I'm busy looking up bugs for some guy, but I'll get back to you.
*Jim: If you locate legs you like and they are steel just send them to a company that re-works bumpers. Any major city should have several of these companies. We have sent many various items to be chromed over the years. The company we use cleans the article & plates it. Cost is very nominal.Hope this may help a little. Ron
*You could always have them made up. May cost you an arm and a leg (pun intended). A friend of mine is a machinist. I commission came his way for 4 aluminum table legs. They were 4" triangular and tapered. He got some 4" bar stock sent it out to have it cut on the diagonal. (His band saw wasn't big enough.) Then milled the taper into each leg. Cost for materials alone $200 per leg! One simple table ended up costing several thousand dollars for the legs. The customer didn't care what it cost. How come I don't get those clients?
*Thanks you guys. I tried to check out Mockett and Hafele this morning, but couldn't get to this site. I'll check when I get home from a soccer game. Thanks again - jb

I'm lookin' for 4",5", maybe 6" table legs for office tables. Wouldn't necessarily have to be chrome, painted steel might work too. Thanks for any help. - jb
