I’m looking for a source for reasonably (preferably discount) priced Craftsman or Mission style doors, ideally somewhere in the Southern California area. My project has a limited budget, and spending many hundreds of $ is out of the question. Suggestions?

Go to a lumberyard and see what they have?
Are you meaning wood craftsman style passage doors? If so, best change you mind now, as a few hundred for quality doors will not get you the slab let alone the frames. Then you get to add mortising, boring and finishing to that. I would make a trek to the big box store for some pre-hung and paint.
Good luck
I bought a batch of Buffelen 2-panel VG fir interior doors recently, US10b hinges, square sticking, prehung in VG fir jambs, about $350 for a 2/6 x 6/8.

Sounds like a good deal. The ones I priced started at $600 and went up from there. I decided to build my own as you can see below. Not quite finished yet, but getting closer. I know, I know, I am nuts. Many have said the same.

I would rather have spent much more and gotten something with better color matching in the veneers.... but it wasn't my money. Should be comparably priced anywhere else, as far as I can tell. Buffelen or Simpson are staples in most places.
The color variations will be improved with the finishing. That is raw, and rough prepped to start the finishing process. That veneer was from a sequenced veneer flitch, but a four way match with a crotch veneer is tough to avoid such a problem. When you book match the grain patterns are opposite and it effects the light reflections. That is not the final location or configuration of the panel either. It is just propped into place as a background for now.

I'm looking for an exterior, entry door- 2/6 x 6/8. I have some options for frames, finishing, mortising and boring, so if I could find a deal on a slab, I'd be slab-happy. Of course, if it was good to go, all the better.
I've been on the lookout at the bigbox stores and their returns bins, but craftsman/mission style doors are not stock doors (not in my area, anyway), and finding a special order that is returned would require better karma than I have going for me. Any advice is appreciated!
Do you have an architectural salvage place near you? Might be worth a look. Saw VG fir doors exterior doors for $65 at a place in south Seattle.
Wood exterior door take a beating on the outside, sun , rain ( probably not snow where you are)....so if it is a real wood door, you need good shelter from a porch roof, or some real good varnish.
One thing I did before was get a nice looking insulated/metal front door with a huge "mission style" glass pattern and painted the outside to match the window trim and on the inside glued some Qsawn oak overlays from some vennier and 1/4" stock and stained to match all the interior trim. Turned out real nice and has held up fine.
But then again, in S Cal , maybe you folks don't need insulated doors?
Interior or exterior?
Sears?
Sorry, couldn't resist.

I don't feel it's healthy to keep your faults bottled up inside me.
like brad said, build your own, it's not as hard as first it might seem ..
I really was not suggesting to build his own. I am not sure I would wish that on many:) Mine are only interior doors, so I did not have to worry about the elements. That is a huge factor if you want the door to last or the door is not sheltered. Plus I doubt he will find the raw stock for what he is thinking and if he does not have all the tools to build one, it will not turn out well dollar wise.

Try Stock Building Supply. I believe they are nation wide and they are in CA. I got some 3-0 prehung fiberglass house brand for around $400 I think it was. I don't think you are gonna find anything any cheaper than that unless it is a return or something. It's really a speciality item. OTOH I don't shop big box stores for stuff like that so I don't know what they have. To me a big box is a hardware store where I can pick up a few 2x4s also if I need to.
