I’m looking for an insulated interior door. I’m trying to keep bathroom noise inside the bathroom so that people (me) can sleep while others (wife) shower. I tried setting up an outside shower, but she refuses to use it in the winter.

Change her hours or have her go next door. Get her to quit singing and hum instead.

Just because it would be advertised and normally used as an exterior door doesn't mean you can't take one of those and use it inside. Choose your type and style and stick it in the rough opening and trim it out. I would get it prehung, completely gasketed. Cut loose the threshold if you need makeup air but realize that this would compromise the sound reduction you are seeking. I see no reason you can't provide another source of air other than from under the door.
I've just installed solid core interior doors for a home theatre. Primed & painted, sound deadening, that may be your ticket.

Hmmmm..... This sounds like the ticket. What's the core? Flat door or raised panel?
I was in New Yawk city & just got back.
I got the doors locally in Vancouver (Richmond, actually) and were delivered to the site.
Just ask contractors where they get doors from. The place I get them from is not a franchised dealer, but a lumber yard that sells so many doors & windows, most contractors go there.Quality repairs for your home.

I put Premador Safe 'N Sound interior doors on all the bedrooms in my house. Nice and heavy, 6-panel pressed stuff. They paint up nicely enough, and there's something to be said for a heavy-swinging door. 3-hinges required. Supposed to have improved fire resistence too. Drilling and boreing for the latch set was easy enough - just be careful not to crack the wood edge when morticing for the brass cover for the latch, the wood gets pretty thin on the edges.
I got mine at Home Depot, but I haven't seen them there for a couple years.
Here's a random Google link about 'em:
