I had pretty good luck with the ipedepot, http://www.ipedepot.com/, I sent them plans for the deck, and they where able to optimize the order... had very little waste, and had almost no wood that was unusable. They have a nifty ipe clip system that worked great.
The only downside to ipe is that it is hell on backs and tools, pre drilling and pre lubing screws is a must... having an impact driver helps too....

Saco lumber in Timonium, Maryland carries it. Also carries mangaris (spelling?) which, IMO, is really better and sexier, and cheaper. Its a deep cherry, almost mahogonay color.
