Source for Plastic Caps/Washer like Grip Rite Plastic Cap

i’m attaching 1″ foam in a crawl space. Because of the space limitation I want to screw them on. I need a source for the plastic caps/disks that you find on Grip Rite Plastic Cap nails. I don’t want to buy nail with caps on them and then spend time removing the nails to get the caps/disks.

You can also search for "plaster repair washers", though they will generally be metal.

They don't appear to list washers without the nails.
Yes; they do. Look under "Anchor plates only". They sell in box quantity of 500 or 1000. I buy them that way all the time. They, of course, also have a wide selection of screw lengths with the washers pre-engaged if you know your only going to do one standard thickness of insulation. I customize the washers with my own screws to increase the versatility of my stock.
Buy caps with 3/4" or so long
Buy caps with 3/4" or so long nails. Stick them into the foam and screw them down.
