Anyone have a supplier for plywood that has holes, placed on a grid, predrilled? I remember seeing an ad for plywood prebent, predrilled, etc, but can’t remember the name of the company.

alex, I'm probably mistaken. If you're in Cleveland, oddly enough try Cleveland Plywood. They supply Formica here in Toledo and if the name applies, might be a source.
