I am assembling a cedar fence with 3/4″x6″x6′ cedar pickets. They are pretty dry ( don’t have a moisture meter). Anyway, can I butt then together, or should I have some spacing between them. There is some spacing when I butt them together, as they are not all perfectly straight, but I am a little concerned with buckling if they were to swell any.
Thanks,
Chris
