I have seen several ways to bond a meter socket back to back with a service panel. Here’s how I do it. I use a close nipple between the panel and the meter head box. I run my gound wire from first ground to second ground up into meter box and thru nipple and fasten to bonding bushing (on the nipple) on inside of service panel and then to grounding bar (one continuous wire). I then place a jumpter from the meter head to the bonding bushing on the meter side of the nipple.

Did you hear the one about the guy who was tired of city life and moved into the mountains of Alaska to get away from it all?
After about six months, he was getting a little stir crazy and he heard a knock on the door. He jumped about a foot. He opened the door and there was a wild man standing there. The wild man said he lived on the next ridge and saw that he had moved in and wanted to say hello after the newcomer had settled in.
Wild Man: I'm having a party Saturday night and thought you might like to come over.
City guy: Sounds great, whats going on?
Wild Man: There's goin' to be some drinkin'.
City guy: Well I've been out of beer for 3 months, I could use a drink!
Wild Man:There's goin' to be some fightin'.
City Guy: I can take care of myself!
Wild Man: There's goin to be some lovin' goin' on.
City Guy: Well...huh...I've been here for 6 months! Count me in! What should I wear?
Wild Man: Don't matter, it's just you and me.
