I have never posted so please bear with! This was a door project with hardware from England called Sputnik.

    Nice door.

    http://forums.taunton.com/tp-breaktime/messages?msg=24441.1

is an old thread here on Breaktime that includes a lot of data on posting pics and the Irfanview download.

Dialup patrons of the forum cannot download real large files or will take excessive time.

Two things are necessary to assist the dialups with your photos. Making sure that the set file association is set to jpgs if you are using the Irfanview system.

The other is to keep the KG picture size to preferably under 100KGs.

An average size in the width and height box on the page is 480x640.

pretty cool- although, to me, it kinda looks like it belongs on a submarine, not a satellite

    "etherhuffer"  what's yer handle about

or am I better off not knowing

    1. etherhuffer | Oct 02, 2005 04:30am | #4

People either love the door or hate it. We like modern/asian and the door is there to keep em off balance! We have a bunch of glass bees on magnets we rearrange at will, which creeps out the newcomers.

The etherhuffer handle is just sort of shock value. There was a grunge band called Gashuffer and since I am a doctor I used etherhuffer. Its funny because if you get in a heated argument on a chat board someone eventually calls you a creepy drug addict, which is rather humorous.

Another thought on the door. Both portholes are etched glass and I may find an "oil projector", the colored projectors that did the psychadelic backgrounds in the 60's. Pointed at the glass, this should really set folks off!"Democracy is when the people know exactly what they want, and get it good and hard." HL Mencken

If I can't post that in the future, just take some illegal drugs and look at the picture again! ha!"Democracy is when the people know exactly what they want, and get it good and hard." HL Mencken
