Does anybody have any good ideas or suggestions as to how i should stop water from flowing between a footing and foundation, i’ve tried some hydraulic cement, and some tar, which temporaly stops it, and then the water finds another path, i’m open to any ideas

Dig a sump well, and put a pump in it. Rout the effluent through flex-pipe to the street, or maybe to a low point in the yard.
