If you are inside and exiting, how will the latch on the storm door be released? Are the hinge pins exposed? If so, isn’t this a security risk?

Might want to look at the screendoors of the old Airstreams trailers.
Had an extended hinge that permited a screen door on the interior so the actual exterior door was opened then the screen.
Got the job done.
Why was # 1 deleted?
My guess is that the original poster for some reason decided he didn't want his post up there.
Happens.
If no one had posted in the thread and he deleted it then the discussion would become non-existant.
But since we had already posted the thread will stay.
Storm screen on outswing door? Anyone really care?

Maybe you should go ahead and post it anyhow.
I've a feeling he/she is peeking around the corner to see the results of what they did.
my, wasn't that an odd sentence. Where's Theodora?
Trailers don't have storm doors on the outside. They have screen doors on the inside with a sliding panel so you can open the external door from the inside.
Why not put the storm door on the inside and open it in? That's the easiest way.
Well, there's no reason for an inside "storm" door, since they're meant to reduce damage to an inner door from outside elements, but an inside screen door could make sense in certain applications I imagine. This whole link is getting funny with the original posting removed.
