So I plan to stucco the cinderblock from my crawlspace above ground. At some point the stucco will meet the framing ( plywood and siding) of the house. How do I treat the connection? How do I get a nice joint so I can caulk between the two material’s?

YOu can get metal or plastic edge trim sold for such use.
pay attention to the spacing of the framing and siding in relationship to where the finished stucco will end up.
In addition to the caulking/sealing, you can think about flashing at the joint to make sure water is not directed down the wall and under the stucco.
