Would it be possible for a contractor to build half a house. I,m ready to start building my house and the work load forecast at the employment lacation is going to triple this year so time is the problem. I was THINKING of finding someone that would build the slab,shell, roof and then I finish. I can do it, but the property has a time restriction on contruction. If it looks like a house I can get away with it. It is only a 40×30 block with a 5/12 gable.
