   Further details for sunroom - the walls and roof are proposed as double-glazed units with 4:12 roof pitch. Depending on final location the roof will frame against either vinyl siding or brick. I am looking for flashing details which will withstand a northern winter climate. Floor plan aprox 12ft wide by 16 ft long, concrete slab floor.

   I would like to find some reliable construction and flashing details for sun room construction. The style planned is a "lean-to" extension beside an existing exterior wall.
