which is a better buy for the same price…Delta 10″ saw or the new hitachi 10″ saw?
the only visual difference is the delta has a wider table span of 3″
any feedback will do
thanks

What do you plan to do with the saw? Keep it in a shop or take it on site? Which specific models are you interested in? What kind of material do you mostly cut? Many applications, many kinds of tables saws - at least 3 basic types I can think of.
not sure of the model #s but mostlry wripping 1 X not too many 2x its only a 120 v machine i know the difference between that i was just wondering if there was any feedback out there of either one ..thanks for your input though
I like my delta. I leave it in the shop, don't drag it around to job sites. I have a 8-1/4" Makita for that. The delta has a extended table with a beismeyer fence. The only other saw I'd consider when I get the money is a delta 5hp unisaw.
Hitachi is a very good name but I know you wouldn't go wrong with a delta. Good luck!
the fence is an after market one? i have the delta bandsaw at home and use a lot of deltas at work so i know and like the products ....i was just wondering about the hitachis and how they hold up. " Looks good from my house!!"
Go with the Bosch... EOS.
Who ever invented work didn't know how to fish....
No the fence is a 52" with the saw purchase. About $900 at the time I think.
