I need some help. My brother-in-law’s house has major termite damage. The house sits on a crawl space and the damage is in the sill plates, the outer band, and the main support beam that spans the length of the house. The sill plate is completely gone in some areas and is noticeably damaged in others. Parts of the the outer band is severely damaged also. The main beam has partial damage to the two 2×6, but major damage to the floor joist band that tie the joists into the beam. The house is about 15 years old, I guess. If anyone knows a safe and good method the replace and/or repair the damage that the termites have caused to the house, please let me know. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks alot!!!!
