I am looking for detail to provide for termite protection at p.t. nailer supporting wood joist for new wood floor. The floor is above a crawl space approximately 18″ above grade. The exterior wall will continue to rise in concrete masonry units. So I am looking only to protect the wood floor system raised on concrete foundation wall. I wonder if this is required. I am building in South Florida, Miami.
