I am repairing a late ’50s era shower with a one piece precast terrazo floor pan. The job will require replacing the pan with new. Any ideas on how to seal and flash this thing will help. Also, I need a supplier local to Houston, for this 36″ x 36″ terrazo pan.

What you need is a supplier, as you have mentioned. How to install--flash--will be selfevident when you see the new pan. Sealing? Doesn't need it.
Try a Union Tile & Terrazzo shop for referrals to a supplier.
