I have alot of grout to remove and have looked at some of the tools out there. The ones I have looked at are the roto zip the dremel and grout grabber that goes on the sawzall and of cours hand tools. I was wondering I have to fix some tiles that came loose and change the grout color since i cant find the same grout we used. If any one has any ideas please let me know.

For moderate amounts of grout in wide gaps, the abrasive tool sold with the MultiMaster is the cat's PJs. Doesn't work for narrowly-spaced tile, though, and probably not the thing for dealing with over, say, 20 square feet.
I would go to harbour Freight and spend about 48 bucks for the multimaster and the round diamond blade. I took out several wall tile with it just fine. It is harder to use with closely spaced tile, but it worked for me.
Depends on the hardness/resilience of the old grout.
In many cases, I've been able to use a Dremel or zip tool with one of those grinder bits.
But if the stuff is tuff, a diamond blade in a multimaster is way better.
