Proctor Wall Jacks are good. Find information at http://www.proctorp.com.
*Quicksilver - I used the Proctors many years ago while building my father's house. Me & him framed the whole thing ourselves and could never have done it w/o the jacks. I highly reccommend them. Have you considered the rafters and how you'll handle those? That may be more difficult if you've got a large span....
*Mark, thanks for the advice. Interestingly, Proctor Products is located about 10 minutes from my home and my brother-in-law used to work there till he won the lottery and now works for no one... I plan on renting the jacks to tilt up walls and using TJI's for the long rafters I'm going to need, it seems to be the way to go, they're cheaper than 2x12 (for long lengths) and much lighter...
