I learn something new every day, lots of it right here at Breaktime.
There are things you just can’t share here though, even with digital photography. (I’m not talking about porno either)
How about listing some things you wish you could have shared here but couldn’t find a way to get across.
Here’s a couple.
The smell of good cedar.
The feel of running a razor sharp joining plane down a pine board with a four mil shave sliding off.
The feel of mist on your face in an early morning sea breeze.
How to hold your mouth right to drive a thirty penny nail.
How to communicate that you are only joking or speaking tongue in cheek.
on the down side – someone was trying to describe a bad smell stuck in his walls.

That feeling- after you buy your coffee. And you've logged in your milage. You think about how lucky you are to be working for yourself. Travelling towards that first job. Knowing that you have everything you need. to do the job right, and there isn't anything gonna come your way today, that you can't handle. Being new to forums and talking on the internet, I was poking fun at Newf and had the missfortune of offending him instead. Body language and tone of voice don't come accross the internet very well.
To all, If I ever offend please let me know. I never hold a grudge and I will always oppolagize. As for Newf and myself? He let me know and all is well between us.
