Seems to be on your end. So far my connection, with this and a few other sites, is fine.
I get that more all the time with firewalls and anti spam devices all grinding away. Since our big storm knocked the power out fdor a day last week, the whole access thing is less dependable, my local ISP must have lost some stuff.
As a general rul;e, the prime time hours seem to be 5PM thru about eleven PM. 3-4AM is a really fast connect.
Bandwidth rules. it could be something on the PC or in the local network. I've read that some of the newest breed of worms and viruses can tie uip a lot of badwidth, plus the anitvirus software has more to check for as it all pssses through.

Is the hangup after you hit the Post button and are waiting for the Continue screen, or after you hit the Continue button and are waiting to see the post show up in the message reading window? If it's the former, if I don't get a response in five seconds, I hit post again. Usually one extra click does the job. If not, I hit it again, always after waiting at least five seconds.

I will have to hit the post button twenty or thirty times to get it to work and it seems like just this page at just this one point of the page. It loads fine, just on posting
Piff did all the typing for me

BB - a few days ago I was getting some hangs when posting and the Taunton site seemed slower than usualy. I've also noticed the spellchecker script isn't as reliable as usual - somtimes the box opens but the utility doesn't actually run.
For me, it seems to have cleared up in the last 2-3 days.
