Anyone familiar with Thorsen Nailers? I know Thorsen only as a decent brand of Mechanic’s tools. Costco has a set of 3 Thorsen Magnesium Nailers for $140.00. Includes a 15 gauge finish, an 18 guage brad and an 18 gauge stapler.
Any opinions? Seems like a good deal….

I loked up the name and it appears that the co you know does not sell pneumatic tools, al least according to their web site!
If it's at Costco's it's likely merely a licensing deal like the Campbell Hausfield 3 pc set they had a few months ago.
Thorsens has nothing to do with the man of them, the name has just been borrowed.
They're probably ####, but usable #### and buying em from Costco's makes it a no-hassle purchase as they stand behind everything they sell with an unconditional warranty.

yeah, I figured as much, some licensed chinese junk. But, like you said it does have Costco's return guarantee.
Buy them, take them home and leave them unopened while you do Due Diligence. You can always return them. I have thought on a Cosco ladder offer to find that it was gone when I decided to buy.
(Finest ladder in the world - sez so on the ladder. Perhaps not, but a 21' multi ladder for 99.00 is a good buy. Found them at another costco. Got two - the shop and I.)
