Put this here because I don’t know how much attention tile tools would get in the tool section. So……in the market for a nice, new 2 bar cutter. Gotta cut upto 13″ on the diagonal. Torn between the Ishi and the Rubi.

Ishi is said to be the first and best 2 bar cutter……while Rubi looks like they’ve tried to improve on a good thing. One question to those in the know….the Rubi says to come with a “punch” tool……..what’s that exactly? And can I …as I’m guessing…….”punch” a hole thru the center of a tile……ala water line in tub/shower?
