I have had great luck with my little MK, but it pretty much maxes out at 12" square cuts so when cutting diagonals the tile is not supported. I probably should have bought one of the bigger models.

We have a Target which is about 22 years old (finally died 2 months ago) and the largest platen type Felker.
I bought the Felker about 3 years ago and have been very satisfied with it. One of these days I may fix the Target but I have been looking at the Ridgid wet saw at HD. This thing has the sweetest platen set up I have seen. Very smooth.
I wish I had bought the Felker sliding saw instead of the sliding platen type because we have had some jobs where we have used 24" x 36" porcelains and it would have worked out better.
We still can do most everything on the Felker though. For the larger cuts I use a water cooled circ saw.
I have the MK101 Pro....
no complaints....

We have the little 7" MK which is very nice, but doesn't have the capacity to do the big tiles that everyone seems to want now. We also have a 10" QEP which was nice, but has gotten really loud and vibrates excessively now. I wouldn't go back the the QEP since they are home center saws now and I don't think that the quality is there. My brother in law has the RIgid and swears it's the only saw worth buying. It has alot of nice features, but it weighs about as much as my pick up truck, and he has only used it for 3-4 jobs so far, so I don't know any thing about it's long term durability. The Dewalt saw looks really nice as well, but I've never seen one in action. It depends on what you are going to be doing. If you are using it for personal use around the house and on occasion helping out a buddy, buy the 10" guy from Harbor freight. It's the same saw as the QEP. If you are going to earn a living with it, I'd look a felker.
the dewalt saw is awesome (big). prefer the convenience of a smaller saw though... like the little felker or porter cable. i had the mk 7" thought it was ####... gave it away.

I have a Felker FTS-50 that serves me well. A lot of people like the Dewalt if they don't need to use it for tile work every day.
