Have a few tile and landscape projects in my future and am thinking of buying a 10″ wet saw. Have done a search on this site and founds loads of great info,(blade types etc..) Seems like the discussion concludes either a:
1) a $200 Chinese saw from HF. Possibly useful for occasional use.
2) a $1000 MK or other professional saw.
Did some web searching and found this saw.

Priced in the middle just over $500, and made in america. I have had some problems with Cheap Chinese tools(14″ chop saw brushes went and I can’t find replacement) I may go that way.
Has anyone seen or used this saw???

That's in the neighborhood of an online price of an MK-100.
That Chinese HF saw for $200 is one helll of a saw.
Two friends bought it after I read about it here and both are happy.
You mention landscape projects, brick saws aren't tile saws if that's what you have in mind?

I'll bite, I got the impression that with a 10" wet saw and two blades one for masonary and one for tiles I could do both. Did I miss something?
Starting to feel a bit better about the China syndrome saw.
Put a segmented blade on that wet saw and cut all the concrete pavers or brick you want. Iv'e cut 1000's of square ft. with a 8" goldblatt
i,ve got one of those hf saws,200.00 including shipping -no tax. no way to beat it. mine arrived with a little pc. of metal bent, hf sent me a whole mtr.! you can buy a better saw if your going to make a living with it, but for occasional use this can't be beat. larry
If you're still undecided, I believe the Rubi saws are worthy of consideration. Experiences with the beam style have been pretty good.

Felker makes great wetsaws with excellent motors. You need a good motor if you are going to be cutting lots of block. I have the FTS-150 and it is a very good saw. Depending on your needs the FTS-75 may be O.K.
Here's the FTS-150:

Felker has a factory in the U.S., although some of their saws are made overseas, and their customer support is second to none.
