I built these stairs three years ago. I calculated the riser height without accounting for the 3/4″ floor. Being in a hurry, I decided to fix it later. Never found the time. Now, in 5 min with the MM, I cut 3/4″ off of the stringers and my risers are all equal, and I did not have to remove the stairs to do it. This would have been a hassle even with a pull saw due to access.
Crucial elements such as improved drainage, earthquake resistance, and a curbless shower enable this couple to live on the same property as family members.
