having followed some of the truck threads  i noticed quite a few of you have compact trucks and was wondering how youve made the small beds work for you my biggest peeve with my tacoma is matireals i built a box that has a lid that open on either side (accesed through the side doors on the cap) and the the space from the wheel wells to the tailgate is open for my scms with this system i can slide sheet goods over the top of my box and over the tail gate wich works ok interms of not having to take out all my tools to load matirals  i was hoping some one else has done it better (possibly extendo bed)
