Trane XV 95 led codes

I have a tranne XV 95 furnace and can see thru the viewing port a quick green led flash about everyevery second while the unit runs. At the same time, one red led flash occurs about every 40 green flashes.
Is this normal flashes for thisunit. I usually think red is bad!

    You'll probably find the code chart on the inside of the furnace door.
