Hey folks… haven’t been here in a long time!
My brother and I were talking the other day and I need a some help. We are the typical deck building guys (maybe do 6 a year) and usually its a no frills thing. But we saw an advertisement for some composite decking that was curved into the shape of leaves where the veins of the leaves were darker decking and they were pretty severely curved. We both assumed that the material was heated to be able to bend that way. Are we wrong? If so… (or even if we’re right) how is that done?
The link is the photo that sparked our conversation.

I heard trex will give you the plans if you ask. Look on the web site for details of how to "bend" the trex. Some guys build a hot box using electric baseboard sections. This is best a mid summer job cause of the heat needed.
