We had a strong wind storm here in <!—-><!—-> <!—->Virginia<!—-><!—-> this weekend and my fence was a casualty of it. Although the wind was good for business I now have to find the time to replace my own fence. I was looking at replacing it with something other than wood. I saw the trex fencing on line and thought that it looked like something to checkout. I looked around the internet and couldn’t find much on pricing or what people thought of it. Has anybody used the trex fencing yet and if so was it worth the price? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I like Trex, but it is heavy.
Having said that, it is an American company that uses recycled plastic with wood dust to make their material. I read that they lost $75 million last year.
I will personally make an effort whenever I build a deck or a fence to incorporate Trex into the project. I want to see them prosper.
I've used it. Goes up easy, easy to cut/work with, holds up well. Pricey.
I'd use it on my own my property if I had a need - and the budget.
