*I,m in Mobile, don,t do new construction anymore, but about a year or so ago I was getting around .60 cents s.f. for base,shoe,windows prehung doors,a few shelves in the closets,paint grade. Crown, chairrail, stairs all extra. Charged around 1$ linear foot for that and some things by the hour. Plus nails and anything else you can get them to pay for, which wont be much.
