We’re coming down the home stretch of the bathroom from H*ll and there’s a detail that has me a bit stumped. We had to install the shower pan on a secondary piece of plywood in order to level it (long story but that’s the upshot). Now I’m trying to come up with a trim material that I can run around the bottom edge of the pan to conceal the secondary “base”. It’s complicated by the fact that the pan (a neoangle) has radiused (I’d say 1.5″) corners so I need to be able to conform the trim to this… any ideas?

Had the same issue last summer. I used a 1/4" thick corian threshold set on its side and siliconed in place. Once in place, it looked like it was part of the shower base. However, I have never tried to bend corian, it may be something to experiment with.
Huh... interesting idea. I remember seeing info about bending Corian, I think with some kind of heating blanket. Worth chewing on... thanks!PaulB
typicaly when i install a shower base i like to trim the base to floor. if the floor is wood then i use that type of wood. if it is tile or lino i use white trim to make it look like part of the base. use a real wood shoe mold or something that will fit your space. as for the radius corners, i use bondo (yes the car stuff) to fill the little radius gap. it dosent care about water and hardens in minutes wont shrink and sands easy. then i prime and paint it with a oil semi gloss white. then a little white caulk after all is dry. looks like its part of the base and last long time. you may not be able to nail the trim depending on the flooring. use a good silicone or construction adhesive to hold it down. you may need to put weight on it to keep it tight.
i checked and i dont have any clear pics of that detail. ihave even used alrge trim on bases before. i dont like the plain flat fronts on bases.
good luck

cheers. Ill buy.
Azek?
composite deck boards?
do the layout on a sheet of ply ... lay the materials out .... mitered.
then drill out that rounded inside corner with a hole saw
sand the outside of same corner ...
dress the top edge with a router.
something like that.
ie ... take a hunk of plastic and make it fit nice.
