truck cap

After much internal debate, I’ve decided I need a truck cap. My vanguard racks will have to go, unfortunately. (Anyone need ’95 Dakota short bed racks?)

Tight budget, beat-up truck, need waterproof tool storage, security, side-door access.

Any advice on what to look for? I never went cap-hunting before.
