We got about a foot of snow here today in MA. I get home from work and I go to start loading some tools into my new truck toolbox and there is a fine layer of snow inside the whole thing. What???
Anyone else get snow/water in theirs? How does one fix this-extra weatherstripping?

I used to get snow in my crossover box. I adjusted the latches and the problem stopped.
I moved to Florida. No more snow in the tool box.
How 'bout water? I had a little in there when it rained last week. Not much, but enough to make me think. It seems like it's coming in around the lid.
Water? A different discussion all together.Drill a couple of quarter-inch drain holes and keep the tools protected with a corrosion inhibitor.Of course adjusting the catches on the lid and/or replacing the gasket might also work. But what's the fun in that.
