Does anyone know of a manufacturer or where i might find wood or vinyl bi-fold (3 season) windows for a pool house?? A company that manufactures pre-fab small buildings out of canada has them as an option..at about $850 each retail alone, for a four panel 40×70 unit. www.summerwood.com…. has them as a bar window option. My client wants a large pool house constructed, and these type of windows, like those that are used at concession stands, etc. Anyone know where i can get them? What about buying vinyl window panels with GBG and hanging them myself? At least i could use Azek for the sill and jambs! Thanks guys!

I would suggest sliders... which most of the window manufacturers make.
40 x 70 inch bi-fold is pretty a odd bird? You could make or have made the 20 x 70 in frames and then have local glass supplier make up the glass for them... insulated or not... for probably a lot less than $870. a unit.
Last pool house I did just had 6 pairs of french doors at about $300. a set... The frenchies open in and the screen doors open out... Worked out great. Ya gotta have the screens here in Florida.
