Where would one find something like shown in this pic? What is desired is a way to chase the fireplace vent pipe in a smooth half-circular thing, painted like the drywall it butts to.
I know you can wrap drywall, but that requires framing, labor, etc. Is there a product for this?

Maybe those column wraps you can get at home centers? Don't know if they are large enough diameter. Maybe put two or more together? Tambour?
I suspect that is metal duct slipped over the metal chimney.
I found several sources for smooth round duct in up to 20' lengths. No pictures, though. Check with local HVAC suppliers.

I see that sort of thing done a fair amount in the plant here. Some are stainless and some appear to be surfaced with plastic laminate, though likely there's metal underneath. I'd guess they just get custom fabricated by a sheet metal fabricator.
