I am looking for a shower/bathtub that is made especially for children. I am not sure if such a thing exsists. I am looking for a smaller tub and something with shorter walls so that I don’t hurt my back when I am bathing the kids. Does anyone have any suggestions?

How about a regular tub on a platform ?
*Don't know exactly what you want or the ages of the kids so this may be way out in left field. But, why not just put a number 3 galvanized tub on a stand inside your regular tub. Fill it from the regular tub and drain it by tipping it over into the tub. These munchkins aren't going to be small forever so this would work until they are old enough to do their own bathing under your supervision.
*Soap... it's a bathtub, No soap... it's a swimming pool.
