Anyone know of a product that is an insulator under slab, vapor barrier, plus radon proof (assuming radon is an issue to protect)? Manufacturer?

An under slab vapor barrier should be continuous without seams. Poly comes in large widths or can be lapped several feet because it is cheap. The best you can do in insulation is 4' x 8'. If you had to carefully seal all the seams you might as well use poly. I don't think a single purpose material would be apropriate.
