We have 34 acres of undeveloped property with a good well, no pump system, no septic system, and no electric power. We would like to get a renter onto the property. The rent would offset some of the land payments, and have numerous other advantages to us also. For instance the Utility Company provides sizeable rebates for powering up a residence as opposed to just running power to a shop building. We are not in a position to move onto the property ourselves at this time. I am looking for ideas for the least exspensive way to get a renter into a building, trailer, or mobile home and still meet zoning and financing requirements. Does anyone have ideas or experiences they could share to help us out?
